岗位职责:

工作职责:

•美国和欧洲自动售货和无人值守业务的市场和行业研究

•与各利益相关方合作,确定主要针对美国和欧洲市场的人工智能自动售货机产品需求。

•创建市场需求文档(MRD)和产品需求文档(PRD)。

•完成产品原型设计并完成UI/UE 设计。

•指导和协助开发团队了解需求和设计,进行开发和测试活动,并通过遵守进度、质量和预算来实现产品实施和交付目标。

•为内部团队和外部客户提供产品培训,定义标准工作流程,引导用户使用产品完成业务目标,实现业务价值。

•负责产品上线后的运营,建立运营数据索引和报表。 从数据中发现产品问题,通过迭代改进产品。

•Market and industry research on US and Europe vending and unattended business

•Collaborating with various stakeholders to determine AI Vending machine product requirements primarily focused on US and Europe market.

•Creating Market Requirements document (MRD) and Product Requirements document (PRD).

•Complete product prototype design and lead to complete UI/UE design.

•Guiding and assisting the development team understand requirements and designs, conducting development and test activity, and achieve the product implementation and delivery target by adhering to schedule, quality and budget.

•Provide product training to internal teams and external clients, define the standard working process, and guide the users to utilize the products to complete business target and achieve business value.

•Lead the product operation after launch, and build up operational data index and report. Discover the products issues from the data and improve the product by iteration.


任职条件:

任职要求:

•商业或工程学士学位或硕士学位

•5 年以上产品/项目管理、咨询或业务管理经验。

•出色的中英文口头和书面沟通与协作能力

•Vending、Retail 或 CPG 方面的行业知识,了解典型的系统架构

•能够战略性和创造性地思考,同时有条不紊地执行,高度关注细节、卓越运营和多任务处理能力。

•卓越的分析能力。 具有获取/解释数据和提出业务建议的能力。

•表现出在跨职能和国际环境中工作的能力,以影响力领导并赢得各级信任。

•真诚而强烈的以客户为中心

•Bachelor or Master degree in business or engineering

•+5 years’ experience in Product/Program management, Consulting or Business management.

•Outstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skills in Chinese and English

•Industrial knowledge in Vending, Retail or CPG, know about typical system architecture

•Ability to think strategically and creatively while executing methodically with high attention to details, operational excellence and ability of multi-tasking.

•Superior analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to acquire/interpret data and make business recommendations.

•Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional and international environment, to lead by influence and earn trust at all levels.
